RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced/deployed to:

📍 Location: Redhill

💵 Salary: $1,400-$2,500

📅 Duration of Work: Apr 24 – 31 Mar 2025

⌚ Work Days & Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6pm + Alt Sat, 8.30am – 12.30pm

Responsibilities:

Attend to calls, faxes, emails and other forms of interactions with regards to general enquiries and appointment related matters.
Assist with the rescheduling and cancellation of appointments and review the patients’ appointments
Handle and resolve complaints and feedback
Assist in collecting and collating calls information and/ or statistics, where required.
