As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Registering patients and scheduling appointments
Handling cashier duties and addressing billing queries
Offering financial counseling
Able to stand for prolonged periods
Able to lift heavy items
Assisting with insurance claims and filing duties
Completing any extra tasks as needed within the clinic

Requirements:

Possess Nitec/ GCE 'N" O levels
Service ambassador / Customer service oriented
