Patient Service Associate / Clinic Assistant - Hiring Immediately

• Location: Central / West / North (near MRT)
• 5.25 work day / 5.5 work day / Rotating Shifts (AM/PM or 3 rotating shifts)
• Salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable bonus

• 1 year renewable / convertible contract

Job Responsibilities

• Provide good customer services and general administrative duties of the clinic or centre.
• Maintain overall cleanliness at the clinic, front counter and reception area.
• Attend to patients at counters for registration and payment and appointment line.
• Trace case notes for walk-in cases, billing and charges.
• Account for handover and closing of counter payments.
• Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.
• Attend to data requests pertaining to patient information.

Job Requirements

• Candidate Min "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in any field.
• Candidates with 1 year of customer service experiences
• Applicants with experiences in the healthcare industry an advantage.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Open to work overtime and deployment.
