- Location: Central / West / North (near MRT)
- 5.25 work day / 5.5 work day / Rotating Shifts (AM/PM or 3 rotating shifts)
- Salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable bonus

Job Responsibilities
- Provide good customer services and general administrative duties of the clinic or centre.
- Maintain overall cleanliness at the clinic, front counter and reception area.
- Attend to patients at counters for registration and payment and appointment line.
- Trace case notes for walk-in cases, billing and charges.
- Account for handover and closing of counter payments.
- Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.
- Attend to data requests pertaining to patient information.
Job Requirements
- Candidate Min "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in any field.
- Candidates with 1 year of customer service experiences
- Applicants with experiences in the healthcare industry an advantage.
- Good communication skills and able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Open to work overtime and deployment.
