Are you passionate about making a difference in healthcare? Do you have a heart that cares and hands that heal? We’re looking for a Patient Service Associate who can be the bridge between patients and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform financial counselling (provide estimated bill size) for patients 
• Registration of patients
• Manage general enquiries at the counter and answer phone calls 
• Collect payment and reconcile daily counter collections
• Act as ‘Service Ambassadors’ at the patient waiting area in each OA to handle enquiries from patients as well as perform immediate service recovery
• To perform other duties as and when assigned

Requirements
• Min. O level
• Able to work Rotating shifts
• Customer service oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a hospital environment

• Working Hours: Rotating Shift (Day / Night)
• Location: East
• Salary: Gross Up to 2.3k
