Patient Service Associate @Woodlands Health (FAST HIRING)

Job Scope:

• Assist Executive in Go-Live Preparation activities such as update work instructions and participate in site setup and full dress rehearsals.
• Perform counter duties such as application of medical records, registration of elective admissions, general admission queries, referrals to Medical Social Services and etc
• Manage patient / Next of Kin’s feedback and enquiries
• Provide information and concierge services
• Ensure all information is kept confidential, compliance of work policies, procedures and internal controls
• Reconcile daily monetary transactions
• Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives
• Promote use of automated or self-help services
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be fully vaccinated. 
• Possess at least O levels with minimum 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
• Preferably with Specialist Outpatient Clinic or related healthcare experience
• Convey and exchange thought, ideas and information effectively through various mediums and approach
• To be comfortable in using mobile apps, web services and other communication technology
• Work collaboratively and effectively with others to contribute to group efforts to achieve identified objectives
• Commit to exceeding both internal and external customers’ needs. Proactively identify customer needs and sustain a culture of service excellence within the organization.
• To anticipate patients’ needs and expectations, and elicit feedback from customers to improve service
• Able to work staggered shifts from Mondays to Sundays (including public holidays), and expected to work overtime if required.
• Able to withstand long hours of standing/ walking
