Patient Service Officer (Novena/ up to $4k / Min 2-5 yrs exp/ Medical Centre) - Opportunity to Make

Responsibilities:

• Perform front-desk duties such Patient Registration, Booking Appointments, Dispensing Medicine, Billing and Payment Collection
• Attend to enquiries
• Assist Doctors with health evaluations
• Administrative duties such as claims submission, stock take and Clinic audit
• Deliver high quality of patient care experience
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' levels or equivalent
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent customer-service mindset
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage
• 5.5 days Alt Sat work week
• Bilingual in mandarin to handle mandarin speaking customers.
