Payment Collection Officer (Woodlands / Shift / Salary up to $2000)

Job Responsibilities

• To provide support to the Team Leader and Supervisor in the daily ground operations
• Providing management of facilities, running of system operations and handling enquiries
• Attending to all operational matters as and when deemed necessary, to make situation decisions to minimize disruption to the operation
• Ensure that all office equipment, computer peripherals and communication equipment are handled and maintained in good working condition
• Reconcile and take custody of all payment collections at the end of shift with the report generated by POS machines to ensure they are properly accounted
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum GCE O Level with 2 years or Cashiering / Customer Service experience
• Have prior relevant experience in the scope that has been assigned
• A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
