Payment Operations

1. Support end-to-end payment processing, including validation, execution, reconciliation and exception handling.
2. Ensure payments are processed accurately and within required timelines.
3. Investigate and resolve payment breaks, failed transactions and operational queries.
4. Liaise with internal teams, banks and external counterparties on payment-related matters.
5. Assist with reconciliations, reporting and operational control checks.
6. Support process improvement and automation initiatives.

1. 1–4 years of experience in Payment Operations, Banking Operations, Cash Operations or Settlements.
2. Basic understanding of payment flows, reconciliation and exception management.
3. Familiarity with SWIFT and/or cross-border payment systems would be advantageous.
4. Meticulous, organised and able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
