Your new role
As an Assistant Manager, Payment Services, you will play a key role in supporting corporate payment operations and ensuring the smooth execution of domestic and cross-border payment transactions. You will manage payment investigations, client enquiries, reconciliation activities, and operational controls while working closely with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and enhance service delivery. This role offers exposure to transaction banking, cash management operations, regulatory requirements, and ongoing payment transformation initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in banking operations, payment services, transaction banking, or cash management.
• Hands-on experience handling payment processing, SWIFT payments, remittances, investigations, or reconciliation activities.
• Strong understanding of payment controls, operational risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client servicing skills, with the ability to manage enquiries and resolve operational issues effectively.
• A proactive mindset with strong analytical skills and an interest in process improvement and operational excellence.
