Our client is a leading global payments platform powering cross-border commerce for merchants worldwide. We are hiring a Payment Performance Analyst to drive card payment performance optimization across international markets. This role sits at the intersection of payments optimization, data analytics, and merchant advisory. Responsibilities include data analysis, forecasting, and directly engaging with merchants to provide strategic insights and recommend optimization solutions.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience within payment optimization, payment performance, or data analytics within card acquiring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with hands-on experience analysing large transaction data sets
• Comfortable engaging directly with merchants
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to work closely with stakeholders and product teams in China
• Bachelor's Degree
