Payroll and C&B Analyst - Collaborative Environment

Responsibilities:

Payroll and C&B

1. Monthly payroll processing and co-ordination with the 3rd party service provider for Singapore, Japan and Malaysia. Main contact point with 3rd party service provider for all countries. 
2. Conduct review of 3rd party payroll vendor to ensure service level agreements are met. 
3. Plan, manage and facilitate Company’s C&B program with internal leadership and shareholder.
4. Annual compensation cycle: Responsible for the annual compensation cycle including the Incentive Compensation Plan and other compensation program.
5. Manage the C&B cost projection, budget and analysis. Collaborate closely with finance team.

HRIS

1. Develops and leads analytics, reporting and dashboard using advanced data reporting/visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, SharePoint Online etc.)
2. Accountable for system implementations including testing plans, documentation, tracking and resolution of all identified system and integration defects.
3. Recommend and streamline work processes improvements, including system enhancements, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Accountable for the accuracy and integrity all employee data maintained in the system

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, science or engineering discipline required.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and C&B in a manufacturing environment
3. Proficient in using Microsoft excel. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
4. In-depth understanding of payroll, C&B principles, practices and applicable legislation.
