Responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll and claims processing using HRIS systems like Workday and Excelity, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Process two monthly payroll and claims runs, including overtime, allowances, and no-pay leave.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, SDL, IR8A, IR21, etc.).
Prepare payroll reports, explain variances, and support Finance with reconciliations and accruals.
Maintain and archive payroll documentation; dispatch payslips and reports to staff and board members.
Respond to staff and third-party queries, including audits and regulatory bodies.
Conduct UAT testing for HRIS changes and report system issues.
Support bonuses, annual increments, festival advances, and MSO submissions.
Perform audit checks on employee benefits and participate in surveys and audits.
Adapt to changes in processes to ensure continuity (e.g. during COVID-19 disruptions).
Requirement:
1. Minimum GCE Ordinary Level certificate or equivalent with 3
passes (including English and Mathematics).
2. Computer literate and has good knowledge of Microsoft Office such
as Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
3. Good working level of English language, both spoken and written.
4. Experienced in running the full spectrum of payroll independently
and preferably with experience in managing Public Sector payroll.
5. Workday / Excelity knowledge is preferred.
6. Preferably at least 3 years accumulated local (Singapore)
payroll experience.
Duration / Working hours:
3 years contract (With option to extend another 2 years)
44 hours per week
