Payroll Assistant (Contract)

• 5 days work week

• Healthcare setting

As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Assist in end-to-end processing of payroll for employees and ensure accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures
• Collect and verify timesheets, leave records, and other relevant data for payroll calculations
• Calculate wages, deductions, and other payroll-related components based on established guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies or issues, working closely with the HR department and relevant stakeholders
• Submit government childcare / maternity / paternity leave and other government grants
• Maintain proper payroll documentations and authorisations for internal and external audit.
• Process and complete all documentations and updating of HRIS for the entire employee life cycle
• Clearance of income tax

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma holder in related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Timesoft payroll system
