Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Executive located in Singapore. The Payroll Executive will be responsible for payroll administration and management, finance-related tasks, communication with employees regarding payroll matters, and payroll processing.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll for 300 employees twice a month, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Calculate and process salary adjustments, overtime, bonuses, and commissions.
- Review and validate timekeeping records for accuracy.
- Input and update employee information in the payroll system.
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay updated on payroll tax regulations and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings and reports.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and taxes.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for management.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Reconcile payroll accounts in a timely manner.
Working Hours:
9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
