The Marketing Team is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to complement our efforts online, such as e-commerce, social media, advertising and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns including Google Adwords and Meta Ads to increase brand awareness and targeted conversions.
• Curate conversion metrics within pay-per-click campaigns to target relevant audiences to measure performance effectiveness.
• Responsible for the overall aesthetics, customer experience and product listings of e-commerce websites, online marketplaces and in-store.
• Develop and support email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain effective communication with clientele.
• Create and curate relevant social media content (static & video) for target audience to increase brand and product awareness.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns inline with data analytics.
• Manage customer relations and enquiries across touch points.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing related position preferred.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Indesign).
• Knowledge in Google Ads, Analytics or Web Development is a plus.
• Proactive, able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
