Performance Marketing Senior Executive/Executive - with Great Benefits

The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth and lead generation through effective campaign execution in all digital performance acquisition channels (including Paid, Earned and Owned Channels) such as search engines, social media and display advertising. The selected candidate will also be responsible to drive channel growth across ISCA’s digital channels including social media and website. Furthermore, there will be ownership of ISCA’s advertising solutions, where the candidate is responsible for the strategy and execution, with revenue growth the key KPI. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of data-driven digital marketing strategies to promote ISCA's services and initiatives effectively. 
• Run and Support email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain effective communication with members.
• Work with Head of Marketing and Performance Marketing Agency to optimise digital campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Analyse marketing performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and generate regular reports to inform decision-making and enhance campaign effectiveness. 
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to align marketing efforts with overall organisational goals.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in performance marketing preferably at an agency. 
• Experience in managing and optimising programmatic marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on Programmatic, SEO, Google Analytics and GTM experience will be an advantage.
• Prior knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and data driven decision making, ability to create test & learn plans (A/B test), measure incremental results, and identify opportunities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple ongoing campaigns. 
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight deadlines.
