Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

 Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Mode: Contract 
Work Mode: On-site

Responsibilities:

§ Data Management – Working with stakeholders in the region to collate KPI metrics data

§ Performance Reporting – Working with Data Analytics Team to translate data into management dashboards for performance reporting purpose

§ Planning & Analysis – Budgeting and forecasting

§ Participate in data and non-IT related projects

§ Perform Administrative Tasks - Manage SharePoint / Shared folder of the team, etc

§ Prepare periodic and ad-hoc MIS reporting for the function

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Banking/ Finance

· Minimum 1 years’ performance reporting or planning experience, preferably in financial industry

· Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel

· Fast learner with inquisitive mind and structure process in task execution

· Strong analytical skills and is meticulous with details

· Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders

Good attitude and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with the information handled during the course of work.
