Perm Client Servicing Executive, General Insurance #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Underwrites general insurance classes
• Assist clients on their inquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters;
• Provide administrative support;
• Plan and organize visitations to clients (new business/renewal/claims happenings);
• Develop good relationship with clients to maintain and enhance existing clients’ business;
• Plan renewal strategies for corporate clients;
• Prepare underwriting quotations to clients in accordance with the Company’s underwriting guidelines;
• Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums;
• Maintain clients’ details and information.

Job Requirements

• Min. 2-3 years of client servicing experience in insurance industry
