PERM Customer Service (Any frontline exp welcomed) - Competitive Pay

Perm Customer Service | Overnight shift required
Retail Associates
$2,600 (Basic) per month + Airport Allowance ($200-700 per month) + OT (2x)

Working hours:
8 - 12 hours rostered shift (including overnight shifts; additional shift allowances apply)

Option A: 12-hours shift, 9am-9pm/ 9pm-9am, 4-days work include weekends, 2 days off rotation (Additional 3 days off per month) OR
Option B: 8-hours shift, 9am-6pm / 12pm to 9pm / 12am to 9am, 5-days work include weekends, 2 off days

Key Responsibilities:
•  Handle foreign exchange transactions for the customers at the Airport
•  Deliver excellent customer service
•  Follow the sales process in order to maximize sales
•  Adhering to operational and compliance regulations

Requirements:
•  Min. GCE ‘O’ Levels or above
•  Fluent in English
•  At least 1 year of working experience in dealing with currencies or cash or physical customer service exposure
•  Possess customer service, or cash handling, or currency exchange experiences
•  Singaporeans/PRs only
