Jobs Responsibilities
- Attend to queries/changes from accounts
- Liaise and follow up on new quotations and renewals
- Ensure timely processing of policies and submission of required documents
- Ensure sanction checks are completed
- Handle checking of policies and broking slips
- Checking of policies and maintain records
- Onboarding of new agencies and FAs
- Addressing of agents' queries
- Updating of Agency records
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
- Prior insurance admin/operations experience will be advantageous
