Pulse Hotels is looking for a creative and experienced Singapore based interior designer to join our in-house design team, working on all aspects of the company’s hospitality and residential projects.

Personal Assistant to the Director

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• To support Director to focus his time on meaningful priorities.
• To liaise with internal and external parties on all company and personal matters.
• To assist with personal errands/assignments for the Director as and when required.
• Making travel arrangements, preparation and submission of claims.
• Scheduling of appointments, maintaining calendar and sending reminders.
• Conduct Research and drafting communications, plans and documents
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education with at least 3 years of working experience as a PA and Business Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• High level of numeracy
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication ability.
• Strong ability to meet changing priorities.
