Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the Director's calendar, appointments and meetings
- Screen incoming correspondence, emails and reports
- Travel arrangements for overseas trips
- Arrange for payments and salaries
- Filing of documents
- Process claims & reimbursements
- Perform ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or Admin Assistant
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
