Personal Assistant (Ex Cabin Crew are welcome) - Rapid Progression

Responsibilities:

• Manage MD’s calendar and schedule appointments.
• Able to travel with him for oversea trips
• Organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries, management/handling of correspondences
• Coordinate meetings and events.
• Take notes and follow up on action items.
• Manage his expenses and reimbursements.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Provide end to end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels
• Run errands for him when necessary
• Any other ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned

Requirements:

• Strong multi-tasking skills and able to communicate with different level of stakeholders.
• Minimum Diploma with relevant fields with at least 3 years of experience
• Able to standby for travel changes including weekends as when is required to travel.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Willing to travel overseas and work flexible hours
• Immediate starter/ Short notice will be considered
