Personal Assistant
Your main role is to provide efficient and effective support to the Managing Director.
Your responsibilities may include:
1. Calendar management: Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
2. Email and correspondence: Managing and responding to emails, drafting and proofreading documents, and handling other forms of communication.
3. Travel arrangements: Booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation for business or personal trips.
4. Administrative tasks: Maintaining records, files, and databases, as well as handling expenses and invoices.
5. Meeting coordination: Assisting with meeting preparations, including agenda creation, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
6. Research and analysis: Conducting research on various topics, gathering data, and summarizing findings.
7. Project coordination: Assisting with project management, tracking deadlines, and coordinating updates across different team members.
8. Personal tasks: Managing personal errands, appointments, and other requests on behalf of the individual you're assisting.
9. Confidential documents record and filing, where necessary.
Requirement:
Class 3 Driving license.
Diploma requirement.
Must be flexible with work schedule.
Must be able to converse in Hockkien. (Due to customer base)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Neat and well groomed.
Reliable.
