Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for the following main tasks:
1. Administrative Support assisting the Director with various administrative tasks and other related duties.
2. Managing and scheduling of appointments and meetings of Directors' Calendar.
3. Assist Director with office related matters as well as payments and receivables.
Requirements:
- Only Singapore Citizen / Permanent Residents need to apply
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of building strong relationships with peers and overseas colleagues
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office & PowerPoint
- Prior knowledge & Experience is a plus but not necessary
- Ability to work under pressure, staying calm, and effectively solving problems. - Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues to accomplish tasks.
