Personal Driver

Job Responsibilities

• Safely drive the employer (boss) to meetings, appointments, and other destinations.

• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to schedule.

• Plan and follow the most efficient routes.

• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.

• Arrange for vehicle servicing, repairs, road tax, insurance, and inspections when required.

• Monitor fuel levels and ensure the vehicle is always ready for use.

• Assist with loading and unloading personal belongings or documents.

• Run personal and company-related errands as instructed.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business matters.

• Keep records of mileage, fuel expenses, and vehicle maintenance.

• Be available for overtime, weekend, public holiday, or ad hoc assignments when necessary.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence.

• Clean driving record with good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.

• Responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and well-groomed.

• Flexible and willing to work beyond regular office hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

• Preferably residing near 28 Jalan Sampurna for ease of deployment.

• Non-smoker preferred.

• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
