Personal driver

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and punctual transportation for management and authorised personnel.

• Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations.

• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of assigned vehicles.

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange servicing when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and safe driving practices.

• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance and fuel expenses.

• Assist with transporting documents, supplies or other items when required.

• Support administrative or logistics duties as assigned.

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Be available for occasional overtime, evening or weekend duties when required.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record.

• At least 2 years of driving experience; private chauffeur experience is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.

• Punctual, reliable and professional in conduct.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Flexible with working hours when required.

• Able to assist with light lifting when necessary.

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
