Personnel/Human Resources Manager
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in human resources, personnel management, and business operations.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and review human resource and personnel policies, procedures, and management strategies.
Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning to support business growth.
Manage employee performance, training, career development, and succession planning programs.
Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, benefits administration, leave management, and personnel records.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, MOM regulations, and company policies.
Provide HR and management advice to senior leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance resolution, and workplace conflict management.
Prepare HR reports, manpower plans, departmental budgets, and management reports.
Supervise HR and administrative staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day departmental operations.
Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and performance improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with government agencies, auditors, and external service providers on employment and compliance matters.
Support strategic business planning, operational improvements, and change management initiatives.
Monitor HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Safeguard the confidentiality of employee information and company records.
Perform other managerial and administrative duties assigned by senior management.
