PET GROOMER

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Pet Groomer to provide professional grooming and basic care services for pets, mainly dogs and cats, while supporting the company’s pet-related product operations and customer service activities.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining pet hygiene, ensuring animal comfort and safety, and assisting customers with pet care products and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, fur styling, and hygiene maintenance for pets.
• Handle pets safely and calmly during grooming sessions.
• Monitor pets’ health condition and report any unusual symptoms or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of grooming tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Assist in pet care product handling, stock arrangement, and basic retail support.
• Recommend suitable pet care and grooming products to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and hygiene standards.
• Support daily operational activities related to pet grooming and pet care services.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pet grooming or animal care services.
• Knowledge of grooming techniques for dogs and cats.
• Ability to handle pets patiently and responsibly.
• Basic understanding of pet health, hygiene, and behavior.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long working hours.
• Team player with positive working attitude.
• Relevant pet grooming certification will be an added advantage.
