Pharmacist - Permanent Night Shift - Start Now

· Review and verify appropriateness of inpatient medication orders and discharge/24-Hour Medical Urgency Clinic prescriptions and perform interventions as appropriate

· Ensure timely and accurate medication supply and inventory control

· Ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and dispensed within target turnaround time

· Provide drug information to other healthcare professionals

· Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and oversee smooth operation during shift

· Ensure performance indicators are met and pharmaceutical care is provided according to hospital SOPs and accreditation/ legal standards

· Assist in hospital projects or quality and safety initiatives when required

Job Requirements

· Possess a recognised degree in Pharmacy

· Possess a valid Pharmacist license issued by Singapore Pharmacy Council

· Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital inpatient setting (excluding pre-registration)

· Able to work independently, including handling enquiries or reviewing medication orders of patients in critical care

· Meticulous and detail-oriented

· Good listening and communication skills

· Able to commit to permanent night shift schedule
