Pharmacy Inventory & Store Operations Assistant #HDC

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment to ensure adequate supply.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Organise and store pharmaceutical supplies according to established inventory procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the storeroom, including refrigerated storage areas.
• Coordinate the ordering of supplies based on operational requirements.
• Resolve delivery discrepancies and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely solutions.
• Perform stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N, O or A Levels, or equivalent qualification.
• Training will be provided; prior experience is not required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to commence work within a short notice period.
