MORROW Medical is a physician-led longevity and lifestyle medicine clinic in Singapore, focused on helping individuals understand, optimise, and protect their long-term health. We combine comprehensive health screening, preventive care, and evidence-based lifestyle medicine to identify early signs of metabolic, cardiovascular, and functional change—often before disease develops. Our fully licensed doctors diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, and manage chronic disease where required, while also guiding patients through personalised lifestyle interventions that support sustainable improvement. From preventive screening to ongoing medical management, MORROW Medical delivers integrated care designed to strengthen function, resilience, and long-term health outcomes.

Role Overview

Physiotherapists at MORROW are clinical movement specialists, responsible for delivering comprehensive, evidence-based rehabilitation and performance optimisation care. This role demands strong clinical reasoning, clear patient education, and close interdisciplinary collaboration. Physiotherapists are expected to monitor outcomes, adapt interventions based on progress, and empower patients through education and long-term movement strategies. In addition to direct patient care, the role supports clinical excellence through accurate documentation, participation in wellness initiatives, and collaboration with physicians, health coaches, nutritionists, and the Head of Clinical Operations to uphold quality standards, internal audits, and licensing compliance.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in health and wellness initiatives within the organization.
  • Collaborate with physicians, health coaches, and nutritionists as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Assisting the Head of Clinical Operations on quality checks and internal audits to maintain licensing compliance

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Valid registration or licensure with the relevant professional board or council.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiac or other rehabilitation.
  • Proficiency in conducting physical assessments and using therapeutic modalities.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation standards.

Preferred Skills or Traits

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients and teams.
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
  • Experience and interest in lifestyle medicine or integrative health settings is a plus.

Benefits

This is a career-defining opportunity to shape the future of longevity medicine while working alongside world-class clinicians and technologists. You will contribute to initiatives that directly lead to extending human healthspan while establishing Singapore as the global hub for longevity innovation.
