The client is a well-known physiotherapy specialist clinic. They seek qualified candidates recognised with AHPC to fill the position of a Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct physiotherapy/occupational therapy specific assessment for clients during admission, periodic care plan reviews and discharge
• Select appropriate and specific outcome measures to enable evaluation of therapy progress and outcomes
• Formulate person centred and SMART goals in collaboration with clients and relevant stakeholders
• Document assessment results, therapy plans, interventions, goals and outcomes measures according to guidelines
• Communicate assessment results, intervention plans, goals, outcomes and discharge plans to clients and relevant stakeholders
• Ensure proper use of equipment including technological-assisted rehabilitation equipment, train clients in the use of assistive device
• Recommend appropriate assistive device and equipment as needed
• Formulate discharge and continuity of care plans
• Facilitate community integration through collaboration with other community partners as required
• Participate in case discussion with the care team
• Support in the training and supervision of Therapy Assistants

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma from NYP in the specific therapy discipline or Degree in PT/OT is preferred. 
• All qualification and/or past experience needs to be Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) recognised.
• No experience required. 

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : West, Jurong Point
• Working Days/Hours : 5 days/Monday to Friday/8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary : Up to S$6,000 + bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
