About Us:
Fortuna Drink and Eat Singapore is a smart, casual Italian Trattoria in the heart of Tanjong Pagar. We focus on premium quality food, internationally inspired cocktails, and boutique wines, with a special emphasis on authentic Italian pizza.

Trading hours:
Sunday - Thursday: 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm & 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Friday - Saturday: 11:30 am – 11:30 pm

Are you passionate about the art of pizza making and eager to showcase your skills in a vibrant setting? Fortuna Drink and Eat Singapore is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our team and elevate our pizza offerings to new heights of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pizza section, ensuring the high quality and consistency of pizzas.
• Prepare pizzas according to traditional Italian recipes and our restaurant's specific standards.
• Manage inventory for the pizza section, including ordering and stock control.
• Develop and introduce new pizza recipes, incorporating innovative and seasonal ingredients.
• Ensure the pizza kitchen complies with all local health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and standards.
• Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Only Singapore may apply
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident status is a must.Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role, with expertise in traditional and contemporary pizza-making techniques.
• A deep understanding of Italian cuisine, especially pizza, and ingredient sourcing.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for teaching and inspiring kitchen staff.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of working efficiently under pressure.
• Creativity in menu development, with an emphasis on quality and innovation.
