Job Description - Planner - Room for Advancement

Job Responsibilities;

Planning, scheduling and expediting shop floor activities to meet production schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Responsible for generating Job order (JO), Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO).
Analyse demand fluctuations, load changes, capacity requirements.
Monitor and ensure production follow the order of priority, and to close JO within the targeted time line.
Monitor and manage inventory based on demand and forecast to achieve optimum inventory level and supply.
Participate, monitor and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects to achieve project delivery schedule.

Job Requirements;

1 to 3 years’ experience in mechanical/precision manufacturing environment of production planning & control.
Good analytical skills and competent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and databases.
Team player with high standards of performance and personal integrity.
