Planning Assistant

Objective:

To support the planning activities in order to fulfill committed orders to customers.

Requirements

• To update production output and materials movement in SAP
• To generate a sub-assembly daily schedule to production
• To perform various data integrity checks
• To plan and replenish packaging materials to support the production plan
• To liaise with suppliers on packaging materials delivery and ensure optimal stock holding
• To track transfers and RTV information in a timely manner
• To maintain lists, files, and inventory of office supplies
• To provide administrative support to the planning team 

Qualifications

• Direct attention to detail, accuracy and organization
• Utilize and understand intricacies of SAP system
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with multiple levels within a large organization
• ITE certificate in Supply chain or Logistics
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Candidates with SAP knowledge will have an added advantage.
