Planning Engineer

Customer Delivery & Order Fulfillment Ensure on-time delivery for all production orders. Collaborate with Supply Chain to understand customer requirements and fulfill ad-hoc upside requests. Work with Central Planning to optimize network loading and meet customer order commitments. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Central Planning to secure wafer supply Collaborate with Manufacturing on tactical horizon planning for immediate weeks. Work with Process Engineers on special engineering lead lot build requirements. Ensure production builds start with correct process flow and preparation. Implement dashboards and alerts for early detection of probe-related issues. Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve discrepancies in probe results. Participate in area projects and improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes. Support continuous improvement and cost optimization efforts. Bachelors degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer engineering preferable. Demonstrated at least 2 years of leadership skills, such as in university or other co-curricular activities ​Production and material planning expertise. ​ Capacity analysis and optimization techniques. ERP system proficiency (SAP or equivalent). Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment and succeed using effective coping and management methods Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically in meeting dead-lines without compromising on quality Excellent communication and collaboration across functions. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Continuous improvement mindset. Prior programming work (inclusive of vibe coding using free Gen AI tools) Hands-on experience in AI (Chatbot, Agentic AI, Automation, etc) tools in academic or work environments, SAP warehouse modules, ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) Management Experience with MRB resolution. Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
