Planning Engineer/Senior Planning (Tender)

Job Description

• The position will be stationed in HQ to support the tender submission.
• Review Tender specifications and drawings.
• Prepare the Programme/critical parth/MP Histogram/S Curves etc for tender submission.
• Prepare the programme narrative
• Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment and prepare the resources related tender submission.
• Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines and deliverables and develop the mitigate measures.
• Preparation of tender presentation slides related programme.

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Good understanding of construction industry practices and standards to perform planning and scheduling
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in development of project schedules by using Primavera P6.
• Experience in the use of Primavera and Microsoft Project.
• Competent in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines
• Good knowledge of construction in building, civil and infrastructure construction sequence
