Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules covering all phases of construction activities.
Establish project timelines, milestones, and critical path activities.

Project Monitoring & Progress Control

Recommend corrective actions when deviations from project timelines occur.
Support project teams in maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
Risk Management
Identify project risks related to scheduling, resources, and execution.
Develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions.
Conduct risk analysis and support decision -making to ensure project continuity.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with project managers, engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Facilitate coordination meetings to review project progress and planning updates.
Ensure clear communication of project timelines, changes, and milestones across teams.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain project planning documentation including schedules, reports, and risk assessments.
Ensure project planning activities comply with company standards and industry regulations.
Support audits and project reviews by providing accurate planning records.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline.
Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project planning and management.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in construction project scheduling and planning methodologies.
Proficiency in project management and planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Excellent analytical and problem -solving abilities.
Strong leadership and coordination skills for managing cross -functional project teams.
Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
