Planning Manager (Oil & Gas) - Hiring Now

The Opportunity:

Our client is one of the global market leader in the manufacture and supply of engineered metal solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Planning Manager. Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be managing a team of planners and coordinators to oversee production planning, materials management and purchasing process.

• Mon-Fri 8AM-5.30PM
• Basic up to $8,000 + AWS + Variable Bonuses

The Job:

• Create and execute a procedure to guarantee an elevated level of responsiveness to customer needs.
• Oversee and manage capacity, production planning, materials management, and scheduling to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide support to customers for project planning and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Lead production meetings and ensure timely deliveries to fulfil purchase orders.
• Manage buyers and planners to level load the plant.
• Provide projection on monthly revenue and deliveries.
• Implement best practices for continuous process improvement.

The Talent:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics related.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry.
• ERP exposure is required.
• Background in Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
