Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Professional Plasterer / Wall Finishing Specialist to join our renovation team.

The candidate will be responsible for plastering, skim coating, wall levelling, surface repair, and finishing works for residential and commercial renovation projects. This role is suitable for someone who has good hands-on skills, pays attention to detail, and can deliver neat and quality workmanship.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out plastering, skim coat, and wall finishing works.
• Prepare wall and ceiling surfaces before finishing work.
• Repair cracks, uneven surfaces, holes, and damaged walls.
• Apply cement plaster, skim coat, and finishing materials properly.
• Ensure surfaces are smooth, level, and ready for painting or other finishing works.
• Maintain clean and safe working areas at the project site.
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks according to project schedule.
• Support renovation team when required.

Requirements

• Experience in plastering, skim coat, wall repair, or renovation work is preferred.
• Able to use basic renovation and plastering tools.
• Good workmanship and attention to detail.
• Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to follow project requirements and site instructions.
• Candidates with renovation or construction site experience will be an advantage.
