Started off as a Digital Forensics Services and Solutions integration provider, we currently sit at the intersection of top-tier institutional R&D and rapid commercial deployment. We are architecting and scaling an end-to-end regional digital platform designed for cross-border regulatory assessment, secure validation, and compliance verification across the region.

Role Overview

As a Platform Development Engineer/Lead, you will join our agile project team. you will have direct ownership of designing, prototyping, and iterating on digital frameworks that support regulatory workflows, technical compliance, and secure regional information exchange. This role requires a blend of creative problem-solving and disciplined engineering to move complex projects from "proof of concept" to a "market-ready" Minimum Viable Product (MVP). 

Key Responsibilities

• System Architecture & Prototyping: Partner closely with internal technical leads to design and develop modular, scalable platform components using modern tech stacks (e.g., Microservices, Cloud Native architectures).
• Regulatory Alignment & Compliance: Integrate compliance-by-design principles (incorporating standards such as GHWP or ISO 13485 frameworks) directly into the software development lifecycle to support regional regulatory assessments.
• Core R&D Adaptation & Innovation: Ingest advanced backend repositories and data blocks driven by our partner research institute. Conduct technical spikes for new localized features, including AI-driven automation, agentic workflows, or secure distributed validations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with management, technical architects, and operational teams to translate complex cross-border regulatory and security requirements into robust technical specifications.
• Documentation & Standards: Maintain rigorous technical documentation, version control, and system logging to ensure all regional deployment and R&D activities are fully traceable and audit-ready.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take part in the complete lifecycle of product feature delivery—from unpacking complex data requirements to shipping functional code for live regional production.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics (Computing), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related highly technical software engineering field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in backend or full-stack development (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Node.js), robust API design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Domain Exposure: Prior academic projects, internships, or professional experience within highly regulated digital sectors (such as MedTech, FinTech, or secure data pipelines) is highly advantageous.
• Methodology: Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum frameworks, automated testing pipelines (CI/CD), and a disciplined engineering mindset toward reducing software defects and ensuring system integrity.
• Drive & Fraternity: Excels in a tight-knit startup environment; possesses the strong communication skills required to take full ownership of a product feature from blueprint to production.
