Job Description - Plating Lab Operator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

â¢ Conduct chemical analysis on plating baths and wastewater discharges

â¢ Accurately record and report test results to support process improvement

â¢ Perform chemical maintenance as scheduled by the Chemist

â¢ Assist in the operation of the DI water and wastewater treatment systems

â¢ Assist and carry out ad-hoc tasks or assignments from Chemist

JOB REQUIREMENTS

â¢ Familiar with analytical instrumentation used in electroplating/electrodeposition

â¢ Skilled in proper chemical handling and laboratory techniques

â¢ Able to work independently with minimal supervision

â¢ Keep cleanliness of the facility

â¢ Able to work rotating shifts and commit to overtime when required

â¢ On-job training will be provided

â¢ Able to commit to work Overtime
