Job Description - Plating Maintenance Technician

Main Duties And Responsibilities To Be Accomplished :

â¢ Organize the maintenance schedule for all equipment in Plating

â¢ Carry out installation and modification of machines and equipment

â¢ Carry out all general maintenance work on plating line equipment, ie motor, pump rectifier etc.

â¢ Carry out general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment.

â¢ Liaise with vendor to do repair on equipment or process, cleanness

â¢ Purchase component and spare part related to electrical and control item to minimize the cost

â¢ Daily / periodic check, record and feedback all plating equipment for continuous operation

â¢ Support DI/waste treatment operation

Requirements

â¢ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical

â¢ More than 3 years of working experience in maintenance environment

â¢ Able to read electrical drawing and Autocad experience

â¢ Able to work independently with minimum guidance.

â¢ Able to communicate effective

â¢ Willing to overtime when required

Working hours:

Shift work,2 shifts, 12 hours rotation (4 days work week)
