Are you ready to be the driving force behind the magic at buds by Shangri-La and Splash? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Ambassador to curate extraordinary family experiences. As a crucial member of our team, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring every moment is brimming with fun, safety, and memorable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Bring the BUDS Family Experience to life, day in and day out.
• Take charge of both indoor and outdoor play areas, transforming them into realms of adventure.
• Engage, entertain, and educate guests through dynamic activities, ensuring a lively, safe, and educational atmosphere.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and tidiness across the Kids Club.
• Be the life of the party by supporting events, from food delivery to dazzling decorations.
• Foster seamless communication with superiors and colleagues to ensure operations are as smooth as can be.
• Radiate attentiveness, always ready to assist and provide a friendly, welcoming attitude to both members and colleagues.
• Champion the health, safety, and security of every child during all activities.

Qualifications:

• Thrive on experiences in theme parks, tourist attractions, kids' corners in museums or hotels, or childcare centers? That's a plus!
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
