- 5-8 years of experience managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance and 2 years in a professional management role.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SDLC) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details and technicalities.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- Successful experience and outcomes leading a PMO.
- A Scrum master and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
