PMO Lead IT Infrastructure

Looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to oversee project portfolio governance, budget and resource management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting for strategic technology and infrastructure initiatives within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project portfolio governance, delivery, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Maintain project dashboards, portfolio reports, and management updates.
• Monitor budget utilization and coordinate payments with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage resource planning, utilization, hiring, and onboarding.
• Coordinate communication across stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Support PMO operations, documentation, governance, and action tracking.
• Improve and standardise PMO processes, reporting, and governance practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in PMO, portfolio, or project management experience, preferably with working background in technology or infrastructure portfolio governance within banking/ financial institution.
• Good understanding of vendor management, budget control, and cost tracking.
• Practical experience in resource planning and utilization.
• Strong multitasking, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar reporting tools.
