Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will administer and maintain a portfolio of policies with high complexity and ensure all servicing needs of clients are met. You will also play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify and define business requirements, analyze processes, and recommend solutions to drive operational efficiency. You will report to the Billing Team Lead, Enterprise Business Operations.
Job Description:
- Manage and support assigned portfolios to ensure BAU activities are carried out with high level of accuracy, efficiency and within the agreed turnaround time. This includes but not limited to issuance of bills, policy contracts and endorsements.
- Handle all enquiries (via email and phone) and escalated cases from clients, intermediaries, TPA and other departments.
- Perform monthly audit reviews on fellow teammates’ cases to ensure accuracy.
- Work with different appointed Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to ensure that clients' requested services are provided for. Ensure that clients' complaints / feedbacks are resolved with the TPAs, and clients' service level agreement are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, objectives, and functional specifications.
- Able to analyze existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements, resolve issues and ensure project alignment.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation, including business process flows and user stories.
- Monitor project and/or product launch progress, identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery and/or product launch.
- To provide requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, process improvement and defects when required.
- Other Adhoc assigned tasks based on business needs.

- Solid understanding of end-to-end Group Insurance life cycle and business processes.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage BAU and projects simultaneously.

- Curiosity in exploring new tools and solutions to address operational needs

Working Experience
- 3 to 5 years of working experience with insurers or insurance related industry
- Prior experience with employee benefits scheme
- Knowledge of Group Insurance products is a must
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
