Policy Servicing Executive / Senior Executive (High Net Worth Insurance)

Our client is a well-established insurance brokerage specialising in serving High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, families and family offices. They are seeking a meticulous and client-focused Policy Servicing Executive to provide end-to-end policy administration and operational support to Relationship Managers and clients, ensuring a seamless servicing experience.

This role is ideal for someone with strong policy administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and has a keen eye for detail.

1. Manage the full policy servicing lifecycle across life insurance products, including policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, alterations, reinstatements and cancellations.
2. Liaise with insurance companies, underwriters and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of policy requests.
3. Prepare and review policy documentation, quotations, benefit illustrations and servicing forms.
4. Monitor outstanding requirements and follow up with insurers and clients to ensure prompt completion.
5. Coordinate premium payments, policy renewals and servicing requests while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
6. Maintain accurate client records and policy information within internal systems.
7. Support Relationship Managers with policy enquiries, product information and operational matters.
8. Handle client servicing requests professionally and respond to enquiries within agreed service standards.
9. Ensure all servicing activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies and compliance guidelines.
10. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3-6 years of policy servicing or policy administration experience within an insurance company, insurance broker, financial advisory firm or private bank insurance operations.
3. Good understanding of life insurance products and policy administration processes.
4. Experience supporting High Net Worth (HNW) or affluent clients will be advantageous.
5. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
6. Meticulous, proactive and service-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
