• Drive development of new materials, technologies, and adhesive systems from concept to feasibility stage
• Plan and conduct lab experiments, pilot trials, and production-scale testing
• Contribute to feasibility studies, business cases, and project development work
• Conduct literature reviews, patent searches, and support freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis
• Support technology roadmap planning and provide input on investment decisions
• Identify and evaluate new raw materials and technologies through external networking (suppliers, academia, research institutes)
• Contribute to invention disclosures and innovation pipeline development
• Provide technical guidance and support for interns, students, or apprentices
